For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors must gain permission from the office before entering the campus (Albuquerque City Ordinance). A visitor tag will be issued to authorized visitors. This applies to parents and other family members. If you have not checked in at the office, you are subject to questioning by APS Police or Bernalillo County Sheriff Personnel.

  • Students’ friends or relatives will not be allowed to spend the day in class with a student.
  • Conferences with teachers must be planned. We schedule these so they don’t conflict with the teaching schedule.
  • If you need to drop off your child's backpack, lunch, a water bottle, or anything else they may need,  please bring it to the office and office staff will deliver it to your child or they will have them come to pick it up.
  • If you bring your child balloons on their special day, we will hold them in the office until the end of the day for them to pickup.  This is due to allergic reactions to latex/mylar balloons.  
  • Please make arrangements with your child's teacher if you are bringing a treat on their special day.
